Philosophy Statement

I got into fitness because I wanted to learn how to use the gym equipment safely and learn different training strategies and overall movement science after I realized I was in love with working out for myself. It was almost seven years ago now.

I generally enjoy educating clients about the importance of nutrition, health, and fitness. Since I grew up in an environment where weightlifting was never praised as feminine, I made it my mission to help other women feel appreciated for their love of the sport. Growing up, I looked up to my mother because she had various traits that made her admirable, especially her innate resilience. I like to be as resilient as she is, even in the face of adversity, so that I can endure and overcome challenges in my fitness business and life. I started doing self-reflections, and I realized they are an excellent way to improve as a better human for the society. Self-reflections help me think critically and have significant decision-making skills, discipline, and consistency. To be the best fitness business coach, I must be disciplined, resilient, empathetic, consistent, self-confident, and patient. I also continue educating myself with new fitness trends and research to serve my clients better.
